Maksim Zaitsev

Head Coach

Maksim Zaitsev has 22 years of fencing experience. He started fencing at the age of 8 and he was a finalist and semi-finalist at a multiple national events in Estonia. He was a Head Epee Junior Team Coach at the Boston Fencing Club and the Head Coach for all three weapons at the Dana Hall School in Wellesley, Massachusetts, Head Epee Coach at Ridge High School in Columbia High School, Montclair Kimberley Academy in New Jersey and other schools and fencing clubs where he brought up many successful fencers.

He holds his BA in Economics from the University of Massachusetts, Boston.
He has 22 Years of fencing experience, specializing in Epee. Maksim started fencing at age of 9 in 1988 in Tallinn, Estonia.

Anastasia (Nastia) Ferdman

Coach

Coach Nastia was born into a fencing family and was coached by her legendary father Yaaqov Ferdman since the age of 5. She represented Israel as a national team member from 1999- 2006. In 2006 she received a full scholarship at Penn State University and after graduation she began coaching full time.

14 times Israeli National team member (starting in 1999- 2006 was part of every National team in Cadet, Juniors and Seniors in that time period)
