New System and Payment Policy

Dear Members,

We have transitioned to a new scheduling system, PopCal, for all lesson and class bookings. You can access the platform here: https://go.popcal.com/login

Your login credentials remain the same. Upon your first login, you must review and sign our updated payment policy before purchasing memberships or packages. If your membership is current, please proceed with purchasing your class package. If your membership has expired or will expire on September 1, please purchase your yearly membership as well.

To make a purchase, click "Buy Packages." All standard class packages and our Yearly Membership package are available there. Please note that the online system only accepts ACH (bank account) payments. If you prefer to use an alternative payment method such as credit card which will have the additional fee, please see Toni for assistance.

Please note the following key updates to our payment policy:

- Automatic Renewal: Packages now automatically renew each month. - Payment Deadline: Payments must be completed by the 5th of each month. If not completed, your previous payment method will be automatically charged. - Changes: To change your package or payment method for the upcoming month, please email us by the 15th of the current month.
